"We asked for clean towels and we had to come to the front desk to pick them up. We were told our room couldn’t be cleaned and straightened up because we weren’t staying more than two days."

Great Stay
"Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield."

Awesome place
"Really enjoyed this place. It was spacious, clean, and close to any place you might want to go downtown. Lots of fun little amenities and felt very cozy. I would definitely book here again! Thanks also to the great host for clear communication and being very responsive."
