"Fabulous break with a large family group over two’s properties. The outlook was lovely and the sunrises spectacular over the lake. The house was equiped with everything you could need and the amenities around the site were ample, including pub/cafe/ outdoor pool/ play area. Would definitely return. The only downside was others taking your allocated parking space."

The house itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect weekend away. It really felt like a home from home. "This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. We had the indoor swimming pool included in our deal but unfortunately it was closed on the first day so we only managed to use it once. We went to the outdoor pool...

"We had a great weekend at 26 Howells mere. The accommodation was lovely, we particularly liked the large living area on the middle floor. The kitchen was very well equipped.The location is great for walking and running. The on site pool was very clean and great for all the family. The riffle shooting locally I would also recommend."

"The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday."
