The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. "My husband and Father stayed here for a weekend Men's Conference and not was great! Communication from the host was phenomenal, very polite and very courteous!! Messaged before their arrival to ask what type of refreshments they enjoyed so it was readily available up on their arrival. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

I was able to prepare and host dinner for 4 then, one night my girlfriend, from another part of the state, stayed with me and then my daughter stayed with me the following night.
