"Pros: Aunque en un primer momento el acceso te pueda parecer incómodo , luego se convierte en la magia del lugar, unas vistas de ensueño y un enclave especial. Un sitio con muy buen gusto y mucho trabajo, cuidado al detalle por su gran anfitriona, Hélène, una persona que se entrega al completo para que tú estancia sea un 10 y te sientas como en casa, alguien especial. "Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, und die Aussicht ist einfach phänomenal!Das Haus hat einen unglaublichen Flair und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings keine Spülmaschine. In dem überdachte Bereich vor dem Haus sitzt man gemütlich und geschützt vor Wind und niedrigeren nächtlichen Temperaturen.Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. "Pros: The villa is just beautiful inside and out, top of the range appliances, luxuriously fitted and equipped, everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, luxury holiday. The views are spectacular and at night/early morning the whole town is lit up and so tranquil to view with a coffee or glass of wine. "We stayed at Barceló for 14 days because we wanted to be able to completely relax and not have to worry about anything during our entire holiday. We were two adults and our 5 year old son. It was our wedding anniversary when we arrived, and the staff had decorated our room beautifully. It was a fantastic way to be welcomed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. During the entire 14 days, there was only one day we didn’t find the food particularly exciting. Otherwise, there was always something we enjoyed, and there were always good options for our son as well. Unfortunately, a couple of times we found that there was no coffee left in the room after housekeeping, or that our used glasses had not been cleaned properly. However, these are very minor things and certainly not something we would hold against the hotel. The person I would like to give the biggest praise to is Alicia from the kids’ club. I apologize if I have spelled her name incorrectly, but I’m sure you know who I mean. My son absolutely adored her, and so did we. She was incredibly good at creating joy and making the children feel comfortable, even though our son can neither speak nor understand English. He felt 100% safe and comfortable around her, and his face would light up every time he saw her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much! The fitness facilities could perhaps be improved a little, and a bit sad that the crossfit area was closed."

"Dette hotel er perfekt. Det er meget centralt med gåafstand til en lækker strandpromenade med masser af restauranter og butikker. Personalet på hotellet er så søde og hjælpsomme så man føler sig virkelig godt tilpas og lejlighederne er ækre og moderne. Super sted og holde ferie, 5 store stjerner fra mig. Kan varmt anbefales."

"Det var billigt, og lejlighederne var store og meget velegnede til en familie. Der er kun cirka 10 minutters kørsel til den større by, Las Américas. Hvis man har en bil, er det et rigtig godt sted at bo, da man kan finde billigere overnatning og samtidig nemt komme til Las Américas."

"Vi havde et dejligt ophold på hotellet, med generelt gode faciliteter. Vores første værelse lå lige over live-musik området (ved Lava Bar), hvor de spillede hver aften fra kl. 21-23. Vi bad om et nyt værelse og fik tilbudt et med udsigt mod havnen (vi havde havudsigt oprindeligt), hvilket ikke var sammenligneligt. Ventede en nat mere og fik så tilbudt et nyt værelse i en af fløjene med havudsigt, hvilket var markant bedre med støjen. Desværre var børnepoolen under renovering de første 3 dage, hvilket var super ærgerligt for vores datter og desuden åbner buffeten først kl. 18:30 (ligesom alle andre restauranter på hotellet), hvilket ikke er super børnevenligt. Til trods for udfordringerne med musik om aftenen på 1. værelse, renovering af børnepool og åbningstider i restauranterne, så havde vi et super godt ophold og nødt virkelig strandpromenaden lige foran hotellet."

"Gode værelser, poolområdet rent og masser af plads til liggestole af forskellige typer. Resturanten var lidt rodet. Personalet havde for meget at lave, med at rydde og dække bord sørge for drikkevarer. Bedre om der var mere selvbetjening. Utroligt som der spildes meget mad, gæster som fylder talerkenen og ikke spiser det de tar. ikki et skilte med at tænke på madspild. "
