Beautiful apartment in the centre of Santa Cruz, next to Plaza Weyler, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Modern and elegant, with an exquisite decoration with attention to detail, two spacious bedrooms, capacity for 4 people and air conditioning. Ideal for families and business trips, as it has Wifi. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife.

Elegant, comfortable and decorated to a high standard, this designer flat in the heart of Santa Cruz is perfect for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, 20 Mbs Wifi Internet and air conditioning, ideal for teleworking. With two cosy double bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and a nice kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room has a comfortable chaiselongue sofa, a 55" television and air conditioning, designed for rest and relaxation. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.

Located in an exceptional commercial area and very central, it has restaurants and services around, a few steps from the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, clothes iron, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.

Santa Cruz is a bright and cheerful city. Its streets, promenades and seaside avenues invite you to enjoy the fresh air, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2ºC. In the city centre there are many lively pedestrian areas, where shopping is a pleasure, especially because of the ease of finding products from all over the world. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the Auditorio de Tenerife "Adán Martín", designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Several museums are equally close by, including Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the largest permanent exhibition in the city is in the open air, with sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Nuestra Señora de África Market is an undeniable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned with palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both a ten minute drive from the house. Further into the Anaga Mountains we reach the secluded and unspoilt beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The salt water swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the flat. There are several approved trails in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 which links the hamlet of Taborno with the Valleseco neighbourhood, on the coast of the city. This trail allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the fayal heathland and some old farmhouses.

The property is located in the heart of Santa Cruz, with restaurants, shops and everything you might need within walking distance.

There is paid public parking in front of the apartment.

The property does not have a cot and high chair and is therefore not suitable for babies.

We are unable to accommodate groups of guests under 25 years of age at this property.
