Hoteller i Tawas

"Highly recommended"

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"Location wise this hotel is well placed. But the check in and check out procedures are slow. They have a paper system going for the security deposit (50RM) that seems quite unnecessary and makes everything quite cumbersome. But the breakfast was where we reduce our rating. The breakfast selection was very limited and things ran out quickly and took a long time to replace. There's lots of tables but they seemed to lack staff to clean up (it appeared a single person was doing everything in the...

"Shop nearby, good location"

"All in all a good experience. All up to highest standard "

"The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views."

"We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"
