Excellent vaccation
I can only recommend this hotel. We had connecting rooms as we are a family of four with two grownup children with excellent view from both rooms. Located at the sea with a private beach with free sun beds for the guests and a pool area. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. In addition it is very close to the cable car that leads to the center of Taormina. No need for taxi. Tickets are by the way sold at the reception. Car parking is arranged by the hotel for 25 euros a day.

For lille støjende pool og ensformigt hotel
Ligger fllot helt ned til havet. Dog var pool alt for lille med ikke nok liggestole og da ingen børnepool var den fuldstændig overtaget af meget larmende børn. Badeværelset lugtede af kloak og hotellet virkede lidt for stort kæde og slidt til helt at berettige 5 stjerner eller den høje pris. Også mere besværligt at bo nede end oppe i taormina

The very best hotel ever
Luxury hotel directly to private hotel beach. The best service and staff, gourmet restaurant sitting outside with a wonderful view to the bay an see especially in the evening when the moon had got up. Music during the lunch and afterwards sitting in the bar outside. Perfect rooms with a big terrace with view to the bay and see. Beautiful location and lovely private beach with sunbeds an parasol free of charge life guards and restaurant service. The best hotel we have ever been to. I will strongly recommend this hotel, but it is not cheep.

The attention to the customer was spectacular! We felt absolutely welcomed when we walked in and there after. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. The place was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Perfect location for couples traveling to unwind! Highly recommend!! 10 stars!!!

Property location good. Views great. Staff also friendly. Hotel tired however. Air con intermittent and smelt moldy. Shower was truly awful. Car parking €30 a day and absolutely covered in bird mess. Asked hotel several times to resolve issues but no luck. For the price this hotel really isn’t worth it. Recommended area just not here.

The Mazzaro Sea Palace met and exceeded our high expectations. It's got everything you need for an amazing vacation in an amazing location. Service is impeccable in all areas from front desk to pool. Breakfast quality is superb as is the dinner selection. Of course can be expensive eating dinner in hotel compared with restaurants in Taormina. Would definately come back and recommend this amazing hotel to anyone.

This was a magical hotel. Visited on my honeymoon and we wished we could've stayed longer. We will be back! Francesco the server was a gem. Franco by the pool was so helpful. The views were stunning! It was all quite luxurious.

The staff at Mazzaro Sea Palace went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I am rarely impressed by a hotel as much as I was here. The service is what really shined the most. The airline lost my wife's suitcase and the hotel continued to call them and arranged everything to get the bag picked up and transported to our room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well with great restaurant recommendations. We didn't particularly enjoy Toarmina's selection of restaurants unfortunately which put a big damper on the trip but the hotel itself was awesome!!

The best beach setting in Taormina! Very pretty beach and dining terrace. All staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. We had a large room on the top floor that was always well cleaned and fresh. The breakfast area was very pleasant.

Disappointed
The room we had smelled like mildew and mold , we then moved to a room that was next to the generator and it sounded as if a jet plane was taking off and finally the third room had the oldest and dirtiest carpet - it was also next to the bar and there was constant noise . Overall the wood is chipped on the wainscotting everywhere and it a very tired and old hotel falling apart Hotel . The view is beautiful snd the concierge staff excellent .

Excellent Service, delightful large rooms
The staff were very helpful, particularly Katerina at front desk The location was very useful with the cable car across the road, as well as an ATM. The private beach area was not overcrowded. The rooms are large and well apointed with all expected amenities. The balconies are very spacious. I was grateful there was no loud music being played at the pool/on the beach.

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, we even received a honeymoon surprise dessert and bottle of champagne. Top notch service.

Beautiful location and hotel. The service from the bar & restaurant staff was exceptional, the beach service excellent, you never waited too long for anything. The spa is luxurious, the massage was brilliant. It is close to restaurants, water sports and the cable car to Old Town Taormina. We would highly recommend.

The location was beautiful. The view from every room is picturesque and the sound of the sea hypnotic. The hotel and rooms very clean amd well stocked. But what sends this hotel apart from the rest was every member of staff! 5 star hotel but 10 star service in every area. Lovely breakfasts with fresh orange juice. We had an amazing stay for our anniversary and cannot rate the hotel and staff more highly.

A beautiful end to our trip!
We finished a 10-day tour of Sicily in Taormina at Mazzaro Sea Palace and it was the perfect end to our trip. The service was above and beyond, the room was the cleanest and most comfortable of our stays, and we were able to fully relax into our last few days on the island.

The hotel offers great value (for Taormina) with a prime beach location only steps from the funicular that takes you up to the town. All the rooms are sea view rooms with a terrace or balcony, unlike other hotels which charge a lot more for sea view rooms. What I liked best about the hotel was the very friendly, helpful and impossibly attractive staff. The food is also very good - I ate lunch there once and also breakfast every morning. Mazzarò will definitely be my top choice of hotel when I return (I’ve stayed in some of the other nearby hotels and think Mazzarò offers the best overall value).
