Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road."

Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English.
