"The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! He made our trip! He was amazing!"

"What an amazing time our group had. There were 12 of us all friends of 10 years. 6 couples all with different wants and needs and this house fit all of them! First the house is gorgeous! "The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. "We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"Had a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party. The house was plenty big and spacious for all of us. The chef and food was excellent! The pool was huge and a great gathering spot for the group. All the rooms were big and had nice views of the bay. Would highly recommend this house."

"Vi boede her i to nætter. Huset er virkelig fantastisk at bo i. Så smukt med de fire afdelinger og pool imellem. Cenoten som ligger helt tæt ved er en kæmpe oplevelse, hvor vi brugte flere timer. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod og giver dette sted en kæmpe anbefaling. "

"Vores oplevelse på dette hotel var desværre ikke helt som forventet. Ved ankomsten blev vi informeret om, at alle deres a la carte restauranter var fuldt bookede, selvom der syntes at være ledige borde, hvilket virkede som en bevidst strategi for at dirigere gæsterne hen til bufférestauranten, der desværre ikke kunne leve op til forventningerne. Personalet virkede overbelastet og servicen var langt fra det niveau, man forventer på et femstjernet hotel. Værelserne levede heller ikke op til standarden for et hotel af denne kaliber. Den eneste positive oplevelse var børnepoolen. En yderligere udfordring på hotellet var manglen på poolhåndklæder. De var stort set ikke tilgængelige under vores ophold, hvilket var skuffende. Alt i alt er dette ikke et hotel, vi vil vælge at vende tilbage til."
