"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"We stayed with a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 5-11. We really enjoyed the butler service as it made dinner reservations very easy compared to other resorts we have stayed at. The resort is big and has a lot to offer, service was great except at the beach buffett/restaurant. Overall great stay and would definitely come back again! "
