"The room was damp and cold, and smelled bad. We barely had warm water in the shower. The cleaning was good and room in okay shape. But it smelled bad and damp all day and all the pillows etc smelled damp. Really not nice. The food was also really bad and so expensive, do not recommend eating there. General Tulum is awful, wish we hadn’t traveled here but stayed in Mexico City. The make you pay for everything. We bought a bottled water at the restaurant and took the bootle to refill it, but...
