We had a great stay. Unfortunately, we were a bit late for breakfast choices, but they already informed us to be early if we wanted a good breakfast selection. Service was amazing, the room was clean, and the location so close to the station was perfect. Would recommend Kii hotel to others.

Comfort Hotel Kii Tanabe
Very clean, friendly staff, coffee & tea was available, coin laundry, and luggage storage. There's a bright sitting area with books, tables and plugs available for use on the first floor - also where the breakfast buffet is served. We only stayed one night but would happily stay here again.

Given these are hostel prices the room I had was marvellous. A rural location but the bus stops were outside. A great budget-friendly option — the hotel is a bit old but very clean. Conveniently located near the hot spring and several restaurants.
