"room was disgusting, floor was slimey. pulled out dresser to pull in my charger and spilled food and coffee and trash behind it. staff not friendly. "

"There was only one sheet and no blankets on each bed. A cockroach ran across the bed within thirty minutes of getting there. Then, another cockroach on the wall. And a bunch in the bathroom. Black widow spider in the bathroom. Toilet top was broken in half. The toilet would only flush once every hour roughly. The staff were very rude and went and speak to you even at the front desk."

"DIRTY ROOMS WITH INFESTATION! Not sure how anyone actually stays here. The first room had a medium sized cockroach smushed on the bathroom floor, along with multiple baby roaches and love bugs on the floor near the door. The second room seemed better at first, but there was mold on the mattress protector and a mold ring in the toilet, and the place clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. "At the time of making the reservation and the time of check-in, the hotel does not disclose their policy to only change bed sheet only once every 4 days. Had this been revealed, I wouldn't have made the reservation or checked in. This omission is intentionally misleading the public"

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "Absolutely wonderful experience here. My and my girl had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Residents were awesome and loving. Pool was very nice. Check in and check out were simple. Highly recommend this resort!!!!"

"Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"
