House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! "Alot smaller than the pictures made it look but it was in a very quiet area. The outside lights on the walk path didn't work. We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. "Everything we hoped for and more! Just a few minutes after we booked the house, the host, Jessica immediately reached out and thanked us for the booking. She also sent a us a video of the property, which was even more beautiful than the pictures. She was very accommodating throughout our trip, including letting us check in a few hours early (as we got to Tampa a few hours earlier than expected) and even giving us restaurant recommendations. "Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable, neat and clean. Loved the location, easy to get to our friends we visited and to the different parks. The contact person was quick to respond to our hello and goodbye and very gracious. Since we didn’t have questions during our stay there was no need for other contact. Would recommend this home for your stay absolutely."
