"Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one. "

We loved having breakfast outside in our private garden area, and feeding the koi carp with the hotel provided fish food. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm.

"Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...
