Europæisk charterhotel
Hotellet er stort og selve bygningerne og hotellet generelt havde ikke et thailandsk præg, så det kunne lige så godt have ligget i et andet land. Vi havde booket det dyreste værelse med terrasse og fantastisk havudsigt - men det var desværre ikke det vi fik. Værelset var ikke som på hotellets billeder - terrassen var noget mindre end på billedet og på grund af mange store træer var der ingen havudsigt - det var ærgerligt og vi følte os snydt. Hotellet er et charterhotel for voksne og der var rent og pænt og gode pools og mange solstole ved poolen. Ved vandet er der ikke sol ved solstolene og derfor lå vi ved poolen og gik kun til havet for at bade. Der er en skøn strand og vandet er klart og skønt. Personalet havde den gode thailandske service og imødekommenhed og det er altid en skøn oplevelse. Hotellet ligger 5 min. gang fra byen hvor der ligger mange forretninger og restauranter. Jeg kan særligt anbefale restauranten Gold Elefant, som ligger lige udenfor hotellet på den anden side af gaden. Hotellets SPA var udmærket - dog var musikken forskelligt klavermusik, som ikke gav indtryk af at man var i østen - igen, så savnede jeg den thailandske stemning. Jeg fik et par behandlinger og de var ok. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Khao Lak - men ikke til dette hotel. Vi manglede i den grad den thailandske charme på hotelområdet.

Godt sted for voksne og par, hotellet er meget roligt og er tæt på det hele. Der er desværre ikke sol på stranden før middagstid pga solsengen ikke må flyttes længere end trægrænsen ( hvis man er til solbadning). Super rengøring og dejlige værelser måske lidt for lydt.

Dejligt resort med god beliggenhed. Der er mange store træer og palmer på resortet, så det er vanskeligt at finde liggestole med sol. Man ligger i skygge både på stranden og ved poolen

Et super godt hotel beliggende i udkanten af byen,men et kvartes gang så er du i centrum,det eneste minus på hotellet er at der ikke er fri Wifi over det hele kun mod betaling,det er et must idag. Men alt i alt et godt sted med masser af tilbud

The resort is just the right mix. Lovely accomodation, positioned in a beautiful setting, and very friendly staff that go above to help you. Also, no children is a bonus to ensure rest and relaxation.

The property and staff are fantastic. This is an adult only property and when we went there, it seemed like the majority of the guests were 65 and over. Mostly people from Europe when we stayed there. This is a property if you want peace and relaxation without a lot of noise. If you would like a younger crowd, this property might not be your choice.

Going here, you probably want to spend time on a sun chair by the beach. Forget it unless you are prepared to walk down to the chairs st 07:30. Even if they have a no-reserving-policy, people put their towels an some dum item pretending they are around. Get MORE sun chairs! The personell in charge don’t dare to remove the reservings. To many people in the the same location. Unless you are a german/swedish charter tourist that enjoy noisy and crowded all-inclusive buffets…avoid this hotel.

beautiful location, also close to town within walking distance, very good aqua fitness classes, great beaches near by,calm water, restaurnts just ok at dinner time alot of people go out to other restaurants, many many stairs beware!!! asked to change room bad kneew but no response, front desk staff tried but if they didn't know the answer would walk away and serve someone else, beware pool turns hair and clothing green. have been aware of this for two weeks but done nothing to fix it

We had a wonderful stay here! We were upgraded to an oceanfront room that was fabulous! The room had a wonderful patio with table chairs, two lounge chairs with umbrella and literally steps to the beautiful uncrowded sandy warm water beach! The property is beautifully landscaped and clean. The pools are wonderful. The staff is friendly. The food was great, offering both local Thai food as well as many other options. Very peaceful and relaxing! Wonderful place!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Resort und bevorzugen eigentlich kleinere Anlagen, aber uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit überdurchschnittlich großem Kühlschrank, es gibt eine Swim-up-Poolbar, Hängematten am Strand, der Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Allerdings ist das Resort weit entfernt von allem, so dass wir sogar ein Taxi zum nächsten 7-11 nehmen mussten. Alles in allem für ein paar Nächte zu empfehlen.

Hôtel fantastique, personnel très attentionné et sympathique ! Notre chambre face à la mer était très grande et très agréable. Le restaurant avec de la nourriture internationale et thaïe nous a donné entière satisfaction (La préparation d'un plat spécial pour cause d'allergie, n'a posé aucun problème). Une coupe de mousseux et un morceau de gâteau pour mon anniversaire au moment du départ a été un moment très apprécié. Nous reviendrons.

Superbra hotell, många pooler och nära till stranden. Även gångavstånd till flera restauranger i staden. Handdukar byts varje dag om man önskar, det bjuds på nytt dricksvatten varje dag. Frukosten är allt man kan önska sig till frukost. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Förbättringssynpunker: Gymmet var lite litet och det fanns inte några skivstänger samt att poolen blev för varm för att kännas svalkande efter en solig dag.

Reception and Service Staffs are excellent. We've got upgraded to a bungalow on our 2nd day due to a broken mirror in our standard room. The staffs were very helpful and courteous.

The best qualities of this resort are its staff. Attentive, professional and engaging staff who did their utmost to practice their English and ensure their customers were content. Rooms were very clean and welcoming with daily servicing. The clientele were mainly Europeans. The breakfast buffet was a highlight on arrival and we were spoilt with an upgrade to a spacious beach bungalow for our wedding anniversary. Few steps to negotiate for older clients. Lovely sandy beach and fitness options in hotel and pool aerobics daily. 4 pools all beautifully maintained. A well organised transport/taxi service to take you to the many surrounding markets, waterfalls, beaches and National parks. We will definitely be back!

Nice but not for us
We had a grand deluxe room in the mountain wing. The room was very nicely fitted out, clean and comfortable. Ensuit had all you needed and a lovely shower. Our balcony looked out to see through the tree line and was private and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect with a variety of food options. From 7am to 10am we tried all times but never found a quiet time. The hotels location is a short walk to all the shops and eateries which is handy. However although nothing tangeable the grounds, pools and beach were not for us. It all seemed a little tight. So we used our room had breakfast then headed out on a sooter everyday. That we really enjoyed.

Beautiful location- fab hotel right on the beach - had a room quite high up, which was lovely, but paid extra for a beach bungalow which was well worth the extra. Staff super friendly - perfect location - had a hire car and went to different beaches, including White Sands, but they weren’t as nice as the beach at this hotel. Could walk for miles up the coast. Would consider coming here again. Top marks for this hotel .

조용한 휴양
결혼기념일 기념 성인 전용 호텔이라길래 갔는데 너무 성인 전용임. 장기 투숙중임 노인분들이 대부분. 그래서 수영장도 오후 6시면 종료하고, 대체적으로 아주아주 조용한 분위기. 호텔앞 바다 전망은 기가막히게 좋으나, 바닷물은 서해보다 못함. 금고 고장남. 바퀴벌레 잡음. 그래도 조용해서 너무 좋았음.

Dear Mr. Han, Sawadee! We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regards to the safe box upon arriving around 2.00am, however I believe this was rectified the same day. After thorough rechecking , we don't receive any information with regards to Cockroach noise, perhaps if you let us know, an immediate action has been rendered. Also we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that our swimming pools closing time is until 8.00pm Thank you and looking forward to having you again soon.

Loved the large trees that provided shade right on the beach. Loved the quietness to enjoy the ocean and breeze.

We had a lovely stay at the Sensimar Khoalak Beachfront. The car service was waiting for us at Phuket and took us straight there. The Staff was great, the food was great and the location perfect for beach walks, swimming or heading to town.
