Important to note, the 4th full bathroom is on ground level for pool access, making it convenient for when you’re spending time outdoors, but it is not accessible from the main house. "We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. I called and the manager went to Walmart and bought one. She delivered it to us while we attended the wedding. Thank you."

"Property was clean and a very nice home. The elevator is definitely appreciated as getting items up two flights of stairs can be difficult. The only non positive parts of our stay was that the upstairs (3rd floor) AC was not cooling well. We tried to even keep it at 74 and during the day it would get much warmer. "This was an ideal place for kids and dogs and just a block from the beach, an easy walk. Plus, the use of the beach gear saved us . The kids loved the pool after the beach, loved the loft room and fence yard. The kitchen and baths were very well equipped. All you need is your clothes and food.
