The new hotel name brings in renovation and upgrades the whole hotel but took out the pool to replace it with a bar/restaurant. Rooms were clean and pillows were comfortable. The best part is the parking garage so you don’t have to worry about finding parking on the street.($20 fee) "

"This was my second time staying here because of its proximity to the Tacoma Dome. The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. I love the complimentary breakfast, and family members made use of the pool, so that was really nice. "

Our son who slept on the pullout couch said he could feel the springs in the mattress all night. The breakfast was good and had many choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and all the typical breads/pastries and fruits. The pool hours were 10 - 10 and we arrived at approx 9:30pm so it was tough to get a swim in for the kids in the morning but the pool was...
