Oh boy. July 2025 outside temps 90's.
The Good: late night front desk staff was very nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, thats where the positivity ends.
The Bad: the HVAC isn't working at all on the 6th floor where we stayed. I was told by the front desk that HVAC was out in most of the hotel but since I was on the 6th floor I'll leave my review to personal experience. For those of you that might not know HVAC encompasses the AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. The 6th floor hallway was probably 90 degrees. Our room (#612) was set up with a portable Air Conditioner unit with the exhaust vented out through the window. Though the unit was functioning correctly it was inadequate for the large size of the room. NO working ventilation fan in the small bathroom meant taking a shower turned the bathroom into a sauna. When coupled with the already warm room it was miserable. There were no working guest ice machines in the hotel, you had to ask front desk staff to fill your ice bucket. No mini fridge. The phone in our room was missing buttons and had the wire ripped out of the wall. In general everything was very dated and in disrepair. I would not recommend.
