"The Charles is perfectly located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and by being at the end of the shopping area it avoids having the tourist crowds. All the Staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special call-out to the breakfast staff who were exceptional. "I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day.
