"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again."

"We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!"

"The unit is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. The owner was super friendly and responsive with a minor key issue which was resolved quickly. One of the better rentals I have stayed in. We will stay here again in the future if it is available."

"The Oregon District is a hidden gem with a charming 'old village' feel. The neighborhood was safe, walkable, and full of character—historic streets, funky shops, and excellent restaurants made it a joy to explore. Our VRBO was spotless and perfect for two, with a mid-century modern vibe and all the modern conveniences. Close to everything, this vibrant, quirky area offered the ideal mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. Will be back! "
