"I didn’t like that you have to request towels to get clean towels. If you shower twice in one day you have no clean towels. Don’t reuse towels to dry off with. Also have to request for your bed sheets to be replaced. The drinks at the bar pool didn’t seem to have any alcohol in it. I drank 3 drinks and didn’t feel a thing and I’m just a casual drinker. Usually feel an buz after one. Other than this it was an excellent stay. "

"We chose Seawall Perch for our yearly Spring getaway from Dallas. We've stayed at the San Luis hotel many times, so we were very excited to find a condo in their facility. Just having the hotel, with all their activities and amenities available, was all we needed to make our decision. Seawall Perch was a great find - perfect size for two adults, although a family of 4 would find it roomy enough also. The condo location itself is perfect - right along the middle of the complex, immediately...

The property. We had an issue of broken information during our booking that caused unnecessary stress,issues, and cost. After investigating the issues I believe that they are mostly because of problems on the VRBO side of things. "
