"The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...

"Breakfast good, staff very good Room nice, but shower corners and between glass starting of mold. Grout in bathroom floor could use cleaning. Air conditioner flyers I pulled out to clean sincince room was very musty Easy fixes. I still would go back. Thank you"

"Clean comfortable room, nice staff, but no swimming pool or breakfast"

"Rooms were very run down and many items broken or in poor condition like couches, lights and mini refrigerators. Also the beds very springy. Breakfast was good some days but sparse. The room cleaning would only occur if you requested 24 hours in advance but this was not shared during check in. If you stay near the pool the whole area has very strong chlorine smell. And there is a lot of carpet throughout the faciliy and rooms that is dated."

"When I checked in the front desk worker was extremely helpful in ensuring I had the best stay possible. There was an event happening Wednesday through Friday, taking up half of the hotel’s rooms, and the worker desired everyone to enjoy their stay. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and proactive approach to service! Hotel could use some updating of their flooring, paint & decorations, but overall solid facility."

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brighton was a very clean hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and personal care amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. Thank you - we would definitely visit again!"
