"The staff member at check-in was kind and efficient. The building was older but well kept up and clean. Basic breakfast (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc.) was good. Plus, they had sleds and wax that we could borrow for our trip to White Sands National Park."

There was never anyone at the front desk. Anyone could walk in because there’s no measures to stop them like using a card to get on the elevator. "
