"It did not sleep 7 unless you count 1 king sleeping 3. Also there is only room for 4 to sit in the living room so if 7 adults go it is not enough room to gather and chat"

"The house decor and layout is great. Beds are very comfortable and good sheets. Coffee, tea provided and use of garage. The house is located right off the main strip so you have restaurants within half a mile and the downturn 5 minutes away. You can tell a difference from a personal host verse a management company caring for a home. Excellent host "

"Great place for our stay visiting relatives who make their home at Alto….close enough to walk over but far enough for privacy! Single level (3 stairs only at the entrance) and well planned space for up to 6 people with the master and en-suite bathroom on one side of the house and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms in the other end, plus a great deck. We visit at least twice a year and will be booking this home again, and again!"

"Close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadeloupe National Park. Carlsbad is a nice town with plenty of eating and shopping options. We did make several meals and had what we needed to do that. "

"Ok- this place is absolutely beautiful. Like, it is decorated and maintained in a manner that makes it feel really good to just be there. The outside and the inside seem professionally done. It’s very clean, it’s in a nice neighborhood, and feels safe. On top of that — and this is a big deal to me - the beds are super comfortable and so is the couch.
