"This property is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. One member of our party has trouble climbing stairs. Nowhere in the property description does it explain that the apartment is on the second floor of a building. Tenants must climb two flights of stairs to get to the front door. Another flight of stairs inside to get to the kitchen, with the lounge on the first level, guests must continually navigate the stairs to have drinks or snacks. "Had booked early check-in from 9 am and paid of course for this. Came with early morning-flight that landed earlier than expected and showed up at the hotel at 7 am. The room was obvious ready but no chance that I could get it before 9 am as booked. A little disappointing to be honest. Got the room and there was no hot water at all - but only in this room apparently. Got this fixed after 30 minutes. Had room towards the atrium - quite noisy during the day, no problem at night though. Super fitness room. Was at this hotel in February also - that was a fantastic experience but not fully this time."
