"It is a great location. The 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross Station is a bit seedy but 5 minutes in the other direction is Rushcutters Bay which is very peaceful (I like working there). Visiting in winter, it was very important to be able to take advantage of the sun and then rush back when it became less clement. Also, harbour bridge, circular quay, opera house, botanical gardens, are all within a nice stroll. The host was very helpful with checking in v early and checking out late."

"Nice place, I disagree with how far they said opera house was though. Think they said a 10 minute walk, more like 45. Lots of places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A little store around the corner for drinks, snacks. I think that they should tell people that there is a parking garage right down the road in case someone wants to rent a car, which you can rent, right across the street. Really enjoyed staying there, very safe, nice little place, thank you. "
