"Location is less than desirable. House is as described and shown in pictures, but due to layout of house, location of couch to TV was awkward and no one could go in or leave one bedroom if footrests were up on couch. Good for one night stay passing through."

Tim was super communicative throughout, and the check-in and check-out was a breeze (special props for not requiring any chores during check-out). The home was truly a sanctuary, and if we'd visited in a warmer timeframe, we'd have ONLY hung out in the sun room. I especially loved the little touches that showed that pets were truly welcome - the bowls, pet towels, a fenced in front yard... All in all, we had a great time. Will...

"This place is the perfect getaway for 2, or even several couple if you book with other couples (there are other close neighbors in a similar styled space who you share common outdoor space with). We definitely saw our neighbors but everyone was respectful of each other and kept to themselves. The hot tub and gas fire pit are private and right outside your door. The view is incredible, and theres a beautiful Cyprus tree that silhouettes the horizon and sunset. There is no direct beach access, but...
