"This was a charming place with a lot of neat features. When we booked we knew our room was small, but the stunning views made it feel much larger. The staff were lovely and helpful and the hot tub and pool were nice after evening temps started to drop. I definitely hope to stay here again someday. "

"This was our fourth time at this property since 2001, and it is still first rate. New family ownership a couple years ago has led to upgrades in several areas (glass cabins, spa, sauna).
The location on the Rogue is great with a sweeping view of the river to the south. The restaurant is superb, though options are somewhat limited and pricey.
There are kayaks and other toys available. You can get picked up at their dock for a jet boat excursion up the river. Gold Beach is 15 minutes or less...
"Would probably have rated the hotel 4 overall due to the site at the beach, but our stay was negatively influenced by a lot of noice from the room above. The person staying there walked during the night and our ceiling was creaking and cracking so it was difficult to sleep. Also people walked right in front of our window giving us no privacy (stayed in room 109)"
"Ved indtjekning fik vi anvist to værelser med plads til to i hver. Vi havde bestilt til 5 personer. Det ene værelse blev skiftet ud med et værelse til 3 personer. Dette værelse skulle være ikke ryger værelse, men det stank af røg. Der lugtede som et gammelt askebæger. Her dagen efter lugter mine børns tøj stadig af røg.
Værelset så ud som om det ikke var gjort rent. Der lå Chips og brugte papirslommetørklæder på gulvet. Det mest ulækre hotel jeg nogensinde har været på!!!"
