"Every possible want was met. This was deluxe accommodations! It was cozy, modern, thoughtful. Brook is great at communication. The view was incredible, and the viewing alcove was awesome! We all want to come back!"

"The condo was spacious and the kitchen very well supplied with lots of dinnerware, pans & spices etc. The overall living area was so comfortable and relaxing with a great beach theme but not overly done. It would be nice if the main shower head could be updated and to include a hand-held wand. We couldn't get enough of the views from almost every room of the condo. Absolutely beautiful!"

"We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over....

"Nowhere in the instructions noted we had to push in the lock with the key to open the door.A Vacasa employee had to come and let us in after standing outside in the cold for an hour. The ice maker doesn’t work. When the shower in the main bedroom upstairs was turned on the shower head flew out of the fixture just missing me and spraying water all over the bathroom.There were a pair of men’s pants left hanging in the upstairs bathroom in the main bedroom. "The property is amazing, the porch to ocean is amazing really appreciated the "waterproof" roof. We were really disappointed saturday planing on watching college football dish TV but.... didn't work! The receiver part of the satellite was hanging by a very small piece of rusty metal the guys were afraid the wind would know it loose so they dug bungee cords from our cars and tide it up, didn't want someone sitting on the porch to get hit in the head. "The views and beach access from this condo are what brought us back for our second stay here. The condo is well stocked and was very clean upon check in. Last year the dryer did not work and the stove barely worked. It was nice to see these things had been replaced since our last visit and both worked just fine for us during our stay. We loved the cozy feel of the pellet stove. Unfortunately, we were only provided with a half basket of pellets instead of a full basket as was supposed to be...

"Well equipped property with an amazing view of the mouth of the Rogue River. Perfect for 2 people. Be aware there is no direct beach access and you must drive to enjoy local beaches, but the view of river and wildlife(sea lions, eagles and osprey) make it a perfect get a away for a couple nights."

"Perfect vacation house for a family! Incredible location with awesome ocean view! The rock formations are spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Only 1/2 block from the Face Rock easy access to beach. Perfect small yard for dogs to use. Bandon is absolutely beautiful and fun. We would definitely rent this property again!!"
