"I booked through expedia and my reservation was canceled somehow the same day. I had to call customer service for the hotel to get this info. Expedia still showed my reservation as active. Trying to chat with an expedia agent yo let them know was terrible, they just ket saying, no your reservation is active and I told them the hotel was saying it was canceled. This was a terrible experience and I will never book through expedia again and never book with that hotel again as they didn't notify me...

"The property is beautiful. In addition, the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was also very neat and clean."

"Highly recommend this place. The staff were amazing. Especially Daveda. We were there with our Baseball traveling team. She was so welcoming and made our day. A lot of fun. This facility was very clean. The staff were all amazing. Definitely would stay here again."

"Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western."
