"We stayed one night only but the moment we got there we felt welcome. Number one quality of this place is the the owners hospitality. Number 2 is the location and the views you have from the rooms. Number 3 the room size, cleanliness and comfort. I prefer to stay in such a place than a big hotel chain. This is far more cozy and family friendly. Breakfast was great as well. No complaints and would stay again. "

"Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful."

They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!"

Located slightly outside the town meant that it was a peaceful setting while still being close enough to facilities. I would certainty book to stay at Grindellodge again in I was holidaying in the area. "

Det er supernemt at komme til og fra stationen, hvilket gør det til en perfekt base hvis man ønsker at udforske Jungfrau-regionen - både op i højderne og ned i dalen eller til søerne ved Interlaken. Den fri minibar var bekvem, så man var sikker på altid at have lidt forfriskninger om aftenen, og morgenmadsbuffeten havde også hvad man forventer. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

Uanset hvilken side man får værelse på er udsigten blændende flot. Der er gratis wifi, og en stor terrasse med udsigt til Eigerwand. Vores værelse var stort og lyst med ekstra opredning til barn og egen terrasse.

"God udsigt fra værelset. Badeværelset i meget dårligt stand med mindst 20 defekte vægfliser samt mug/skimmel på hele loftet. Hotellet er meget slidt men ligger godt og centralt for banegården."
