  • This inviting detached property is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Bishopston, close to Mumbles (3 miles). It is the perfect base for families and friends who want to explore the Welsh coastline. In Bishopston, there is a grocery store, three pubs and a petrol station. You can take woodland walks, or access the coast path. The Gower National Landscape is just a short drive away and there are plenty of beaches nearby – including Caswell Bay (2 miles). From Caswell, enjoy the scenic clifftop walk to Langland Bay (2.5 miles). Mumbles, a former fishing village, offers restaurants, cafes, independent shops and art galleries. Swansea (5.5 miles) has a wide choice of shops, bars, and restaurants; the marina quarter – SA1 – is worth a visit. Soak up local history at the Gower Heritage Centre (3.5 miles) and Oystermouth Castle (3 miles), and explore lovely villages including Llangennith (13 miles) and Port Eynon (11 miles).

After memorable mealtimes, walk through to the sumptuous lounge where ample soft seating is dressed in plump cushions and soft throws that invite relaxing evenings in front of the Smart TV – perfect for movie nights in the glow of the wood burner-effect electric fire. There is also a handy WC on the ground floor. At the end of each busy day away, head upstairs and retire to a choice of four restful bedrooms: a spacious super-king-size with a sofa, a large charming double room with views over the garden and sofa, one double with an en-suite shower room, and a single room with desk. On the first floor there is a family bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower.


    Patio doors provide direct access to the spacious terrace directly from the dining area. A large private garden with mature trees, laid to lawn offers the perfect spot for little ones and pets to play, while a patio with bistro-style furniture and is ideal for peaceful morning brews and evening tipples. For al fresco feasts come rain or shine, gather at under an all-weather covered gazebo with a table and soft seating. Guests will also benefit from private off-street parking for three cars on the driveway.
