"Lovely clean, friendly hotel that is near the station so easy to get to. The breakfast is wonderful and complimentary noodles are served each evening. The spa facilities are great with lovely products which are all complimentary. There is ice cream to enjoy for free after the onsen and free juice and coffee in reception! A great stay! "

There's a busstop right in front of the ryokan. The bus goes to the station and monkey park entrance and ski area. Very kind and serviceminded couple, who speak enough English to explain how it works. Good Japanese breakfast and dinner. Only coffee is in the vending machine outside. Only futons in the room. No chairs. No private bath or toilet...

Ao chegar no hotel, eles disponibilizam roupas típicas da cultura japonesa para serem usadas durante a estadia, que achamos bem legal. A comida é típica japonesa. The beds and rooms were clean but small, which during our stay wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was serviceable for our one night stay but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer if you're not strapped for time.
