1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo in the Golf Colony neighborhood in Surfside Beach, 2nd floor. Great central location and close to all the Grand Strand has to offer: championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, entertainment, fishing, shopping, medical facilities, not too far from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Marsh-Walk and the beautiful beaches of the Grand Strand. Use this as your vacation location at Surfside Beach!



The Space:

*2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* 1 bedroom/1 bath condo.

*1 king bed and pullout sofa in the living room

*Washer/dryer available in unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Pool access with access card only. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
