Elevator, 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own private bath, ceiling fan, and TV. 5 King beds, 5 Queen beds. Gorgeous quartz countertop in the kitchen and all baths. 25'x15' saltwater pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Upgraded travertine pool decking. Much larger parking area than most, double driveway that is 24' wide for convenience. First floor den/kitchen area has 4 larger picture windows with view to the ocean, plus private 8'x24' deck. 2nd and 3rd floor primary bedrooms have views to the ocean and private 8'x24' decks.

Elevator, Private Saltwater Pool (25'x15', 3'-5' Deep) - Professionally Maintained (Seasonal Electric Pool Heat Available, Additional Fees Apply), Propane Grill Provided (Includes 1 Full Tank), Paved Parking, Landscaped Grounds, Non-Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed (Due to Severe Allergies). This property has four exterior surveillance cameras in the driveway/carport area, front entry stairs, elevator, and back entry stairs near pool.

PET POLICY
Absolutely no pets allowed. Owner's family is allergic to pet fur/dander. If any pets are found visiting, staying, and/or dropping by the property, then all guests will be evicted immediately with no refund. In addition, a $2,000 restoration fee will be charged to the guests credit card. Service animals are allowed per federal law, but documentation must be submitted and approved before booking.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (Ground Level to 1st & 2nd Floor), Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Double-drawer Ninja Air Fryer, Ninja Blender, Keurig, Crockpot, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, blanket, and bedspread. We also provide soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
