Villa Mediterranean has an area of 330 m2 and consists of the main house and a guest annex.The main part of Villa Mediterranean is divided into two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The guest annex of the Villa Mediterranean also has two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. The whole villa is suitable accommodation for 12-13 people.

The ground floor of Villa Mediterranean consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Here are also three bedrooms with king size beds, terraces and private bathrooms; plus, one extra toilet with a washing machine.

On the first floor of the main house,there is a master bedroom. This room has access to a huge terrace with outdoor furniture. Next to the master bedroom, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub for two.

On the ground floor of the guest annexthere are: a smaller, but fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining section, double bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor of the guest annex there are: double bedroom with a private bathroom, king size bed and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea.

Villa Mediterranean is fully air-conditioned with in-floor heating and it has Wi-Fi. Parking is provided for 2 cars.
