"This is the right place to stay if you are looking for exploring Tokyo from morning to night. The location is great as is in the middle of the city and easy to commute to all popular areas. I would recommend it for couples as the design is modern and luxurious. Also good for families because of the variety of room options and views. Everything is fantastic."

The room was cozy, and size was as expected in Tokyo. Cleaning standard was very good and the view from the 9th floor was amazing! We would definitely booked it again next time we’re going to Tokyo! "It was a plesent stay. The rooms were clean and the personnel spoke English. The pillows were not very comfortable in my opinion, which was my only issue. Other than that it basically lives up to what they advertised.
It is a shame that the building is surrounded by much larger buildings, so you only get a small view of some of the city. "

"Although this hotel is located in the Tokyo business district, it fulfilled all our needs travelling as a family of four. Located at the top of a highrise building we had good view of the city which we could enjoy - as the first stop in Japan coming from Europe we were a bit jetlagged the first many days why it was nice to have great views while waiting to fall asleep. This is also maybe the only critisism we can think of in relation to the hotel - it would have been nice if a bar or coffee...

"We had an fantastic stay. The hotel in general was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful (even though some of them did not speak English), the room was PERFECT with a wonderful view. They even helped me locate and find my backpack after I forgot it in the airport train. So; If you have the chance to stay at this hotel, do so! "

"Meget lille, smalt værelse uden plads til at have to kufferter åbne på gulvet på trods af det havde to senge. Værelset vendte mod motorvejen og jernbanen med dertilhørende støj og derfor ingen møbler på balkonen - og billederne viste udsigt til haven.

"I understand that this hotel will close down for a much-needed teardown and makeover. I hope that the new Imperial Hotel will have more Japanese design details. The old one could just as well have been on Manhattan, and that’s a shame because Japanese design has so much to offer the world"
