The lower level has a large open plan living area (new furniture has been ordered) which flows onto the private courtyard with alfresco dining table and sun umbrella. The laundry room and single car garage are also on this level.

The upper area comprises of stunning open plan living and kitchen area which flows onto a huge undercover balcony. Sparkling ocean views can be seen from all of this level.
