"Huge hotel with truly great potential, however it’s lacking guests and seriously needs funds and refurbishment. Seemed a large part of the hotel was closed off. Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. Carpet was stained and felt greasy but we dealt with that by just wearing slippers. Staff is friendly but language is a huge barrier as they speak very...

"Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!"

"Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!"

"Very great for solo travelers who want a quiet night"

"Host was amazing. All the food was great. Swimming in the bay was phenomenal "

"Nice place with really helpful staff. The food there is also very good! Best pizzas we have had in Vietnam, and really good breakfast too. "

"Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun"

Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

"Overordnet set var der god værdi for pengene! Vi kom med en natbus klokken 3 om natten, og vi havde ingen problemer med at checke ind! Alt virkede rent og nye faciliteter, pånær badeforhænget i badeværelset, hvor der var begyndt at gro mug "

"Udemærket, hotellet ligger dog ret langt fra by og seværdigheder"

"We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly."
