"Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond.

"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

Check-in: We paid a deposit so we could charge services to our room. Throughout our stay we had problems & the majority of employees didn't believe us or made us go to the hotel lobby to fix it. We had several problems with our room, no warm water & we had to wait for the service guy & be stuck in our room for 2h before it was done. It was never properly fixed...

"I think this is a family own/run business! Tony speaks English very well, both him and his staff are nice, polite and very helpful in term of providing any suggested places to eat, motorbike rental and/or any other tourist info on the island. Breakfast was cooked on order so this is great.

"Klart ikke et hotel i luksusklassen. Badeværelse var dårligt indrettet - så alt var vådt ved bad ( toilet og håndvaske). Håndvask havde en skarp kant.
