Welcome to our home! As you enter any of Driftwood Properties' locations, you'll be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine from Fess Parker Winery along with 2-1 wine tasting cards, exclusive access to local discounts at a variety of locations, and free workouts at CycleBar Santa Barbara if anyone is looking for a little health & wellness treat!
The Grand Escape - Casita Sonrisa is a large ocean-view duplex, perfect for friends and family alike! This spacious home is equipped with a jacuzzi, bbq area, grill, outdoor patio and large front yard perfect for hosting guests! Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large bedrooms and multiple dedicated workspaces. Relax, unwind and enjoy the many amenities our home has to offer! Perfectly situated near Montecito, Santa Barbara and more!

Top floor occupied by long-term tenant. Home is located on the bottom floor with a side room upstairs with a beach view.
2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.
Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.
Be aware, this is an older home with a few dents in the walls and some uneven flooring.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Great place! Aidan was very responsive and so helpful throughout the entire trip. The place was much bigger than we were expecting which was good. The parking fits more like 2-3 cars rather than 4 as advertised. There was room for our group of 9 to hang out and be together comfortably. The house is a bit old but it worked well for our group. The rooms were a bit hot at night but nothing terrible. Great view of the ocean and in a quiet part of town! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Had a great time the house is showing a little bit aware but it’s a great location nice views Jacuzzi had a little sand in the bottom but was nice and warm overall nice weekend in Summerland

Place is bigger than it looks. Beds and couch were comfy! Aidan was nice enough to allow me to have someone come in to decorate beforehand, Since we were celebrating a bachelorette. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for everything!

We loved the property, and all our interactions with host Aiden were excellent. There were a couple of issues which if fixed could have made the stay perfect, and I'm sure Aiden will have addressed them when we left. A truly delightful property!

Good times were had at this Summerland house! We were a group of 7, aged 27-65. The house accommodated us easily. The location was great- minutes to Montecito and downtown/waterfront Santa Barbara. If you go on a weekend, the Santa Barbara farmer’s market (downtown) is a MUST. Aiden was responsive. Our only slight disappointment was the weather. Had it been a bit warmer, we would have been able to enjoy the yard and views more.

Overall we liked the property. Quintessential California home. Views were nice from the yard but the best views are in upstairs bedroom that is accessed outside the house. As a family with children, we didn’t love this feature. We also brought our dog and the pictures looked as though it was fully fenced. It is not. Something to note if you were hoping to let your dog off leash. There is no a/c and there were no fans so we got hot at night. But the location is great, the house had all the amenities and we would stay there again.

Lovely at sunrise or at night under the stars, the hot tub had views of the ocean and distant Santa Barbara. Great yard with deck. Perfect place for watching the sun set over the ocean. We were a family traveling for a wedding at the Rincon Beach Club which is just and easy 3 miles away, so the location was ideal! We were three married couples and two single ladies and were all comfortably accommodated. Check in/out was easy. Communication with host excellent. We had everything we needed and the place is even equipped for the beach!
