"スタッフの皆さん、とてもステキでした。 朝、お風呂や朝食のために部屋をでたとき、ベットメイキングの女性から明るく挨拶されて、とてもよかったです。 朝食もおいしかったです。 部屋はテーブルの下の木の部分に穴が空いていたり、はげているところがあるので、修繕したほうがよいかもしれません。 イスのクッションがへたっていました。 ベッドはとてもよくて、ぐっすり寝られました。"

"We had a really nice stay, it met our expectations. Everything was clean and working, even though walls are thin people were good at being respectful and quiet. Only thing we were missing was plug with ground to use our adapter or USB charge in the wall. Also i found the matresses a bit hard to sleep on. The personal are english speaking and very helpful. Can highly reccomend the hike from Nakatsugawa to Nagiso through magome and tsumago. It is a nice find to the price. Overall a memorable amd...

"This location was ideal for us because of its remote location. We had no difficulty with accessibility to it, because the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the local train station if you pre-arranged it in advance. Food was locally sourced and exceptional in quality. The outdoor baths were relaxing as they were set among the forest. Loved the friendliness of the staff. We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us...

"It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too. "
