"The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). "Check in par says was not great. We got the instructions at 3:45. We were at the location at that time. Husband went down to get the keys out of the lock box in the basement and they weren’t there. Took a while for the property manager to realize that the cleaner was still there. Wait about another 15 minutes for him to come down and get us and take us up to the room then he had to finish cleaning. So it was over an hour from the time we got our instructions until we were actually in our unit. "
