Welcome to our apartment, nestled in a green haven just steps away from Strasbourg's historic heart. This bright and well-equipped cocoon offers you the best of both worlds:

- The tranquility of a location surrounded by greenery
- Immediate proximity to the city (15 minutes from the city center!)

You can get here :
- By train and by tram (Schlutfeld station, tram A or E, is 4 minutes from the apartment)

- By car, a garage is at your disposal

The accommodation
An elegant space to gather as a couple, family, or friends.

Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It consists of:

- 2 comfortable bedrooms: 2 beds 160x200
- 1 shower room
- A living room
- A fully equipped kitchen
- It has air conditioning to keep you cool or warm in any season!

No wild sleeping arrangements : no air mattresses or makeshift sofas – our insurance covers a maximum of 4 beds, and we stick to that.

Guest access :
From the train station, take tram A towards Illkirch Graffenstaden, stop at Schlutfeld. The tram station is 4 minutes from the apartment.

Guillaume or Florent will probably welcome you on your arrival day. Otherwise, we provide access via a key box.

Other remarks
You need to climb 5 steps to access the apartment, there is no elevator.

Your pet is welcome ! For everyone's comfort, we only accept animals under 10kg that are calm and well-behaved, and won't disturb other residents.

The sofa or beds an sleeping room are not allowed for them. An additional fee will be charged for their accommodation.

It is mandatory to inform us in advance of your companion's presence for validation. Their breed, weight, and a few photos may be requested.
