"The wall of windows overlooking the water was gorgeous! The deck was nice to watch the tide come and go. Walks along the beach were peaceful and relaxing. "This wonderful apartment is located on the Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island, which was a big plus for us! As an added bonus, there is a grocery store (and a laundromat) 0.1 mile away. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with all the bakeware, cookware, crockery, flatware and utensils you will need. The bathroom is tiny, but certainly serviceable. And the owners, Tim and Sian are regularly updating and improving the property. Overall, we had a delightful stay!"

Property owners are very engaging, helpful and great at communicating with guests. The yurt has everything you could need, clean and comfortable. Situated in and around nature. A beautiful location, we would definitely return in the future."

"My husband & I loved staying at this treehouse location. It was the perfect size, equipped with all we needed for our stay. It was about 30 min from everything we wanted to do while visiting Acadia. If we hadn’t stayed here, and opted for Bar Harbor, we would never have seen this part of the area. Plus, the kayaks were a fun activity. Would stay again!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Cool location.. felt like we were at sea… looking out the windows we were right on the water. Enjoyed dock access. Tried fishing… not much luck. Cabin wasn’t fancy, but we expected a more rustic feel. Kitchen was small but functional. Bathroom and shower very small but functional as well. A/C worked well, was modern, and cooled down the cabin, as it was unseasonably hot. Check in and out instructions were very clear."

"Everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We cooked our lobsters in the kitchen. Close to everything- grocery store, restaurants, hiking, Bar Harborand Cadillac Mountain. Nice swimming spots at Echo Lake and Sandy Beach. Definitely recommend this rental. Tim lives here, too! He and his wife are very friendly."

"My husband, our 3 teenage kids (15, 16, and 16), and Pepper the pug rented out the two pet friendly yurts. These were perfect to have a nature feel but with amenities to suit a day of sweating from adventuring in Acadian National Park! The owners were so friendly and tentative and would text back whenever we reached out. It’s nice and secluded from all the madness of the harbor areas but still a quick drive to any and all area attractions. My kids enjoyed getting the complimentary coffee and...
