Brand new house, located of I-4, with easy access to the Valley and the Bay.

Located in Stockton, this adorable house offers guests a brilliant stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, this property ensures a phenomenal experience. Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, WIFI, iron, and a washing machine during your stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Stockton has to offer.

House Manual:

+ This is smart house, it has two Central Units for the A/C and Heat, completely independent of each other. One downstairs by the kitchen and one upstairs just out of the staircase . In normal times, The house runs a smart schedule related to amount energy accumulated from the solar panels. The schedule changes several times a day. And there’s a house fan that’s a completely different feature from the two Central Units.

+ If you want to cool down the house. Close all the windows and doors. Turn on the AC mode on both Central Units, downstairs and upstairs, and set temperature the same ON BOTH as desired. Otherwise it will not work, this is a big house and those units are independent of each other, if you only set the desired temperature in one Central Unit it will not work. If you have a door or window open it will not work. If you set your desired temperature to overwrite the “smart schedule” the house will re-adjust once that schedule set time is done, i.e.: 12pm-6pm.

+ If you’re running the fan, which is located just outside the Master Bedroom. You should not run the A/C nor the heat, since they will have no effect once this fan is on, this is different fan from the ones in the Central Units. And YOU MUST HAVE one or two windows or door open. This fan sucks all the hot air and stagnated air in the house in 5minutes. And it is able to cool down the entire house in 5minutes as well. But again, this is not to be run with the A/C nor heat.

+ We just had both Central Units and Fan tested on 07/02/2024. All of them were tested and ran extended periods of time by maintenance during the heat of the day for testing purposes.

+ This is a close gate community, the quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Very greedy. No shampoo. Just a few bottles of hand soap and bar soaps. No laundry detergents. Nothing much to say about it. I wouldnt return. Host was friendly and helpful. Place is a little dirty. Hairs on carpet and bathroom. Theres some sort of stains like silava stains on a pillow. Showing signs the bedding is not washed. My sister contracted some sort of rash from the bedroom upstairs across from the twin beds room. Rash started showing the day after the first night. Goodness this was for a business stay and not for a family trip. We only came in to sleep at night. But very quiet and peaceful neighborhood for stockton. Otherwise, this is a great place. Just need more amenities and supplies for the tenant. Because i spent over 1000 judt for 2 nights for a greedy smart big home. All im asking is for some shampoo and wash the beddings for us. Its not too much to ask for.

The listing showed this as a new property but upon arrival it was dirty (carpets, walls, bathrooms). We couldn’t trust that anything was clean. We washed the sheets and pillows, purchased new towels and shampoo and conditioner (we didn’t want to use the community bottle provided) and spend 2 hours cleaning all of the bathrooms and surfaces we touch. The location was a place to stay, but not up to par with any other property I have rented. There had obviously been a party there with all of the alcohol trash and the tape and leftovers on the ceiling. Definitely not a property I would choose again.

Nice rental just needs a little attention to details

The home is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet and felt like a home away from home. The only issues were the smoke detector needed a new battery, there weren’t any face towels, ants were in the living room, restrooms, and bedrooms, there were dead flowers left in a vase in the kitchen, and the house wasn’t very clean. I had to reach out for check in and check out information but once I reached out the communication was quick and professional. Overall the house is nice and very well priced; however, it can withstand some attention. Thank you.
