"We met family at the house. There were 13 of us total and plenty of room. Games, kayaks and canoes were provided for the kids entertainment and there was always plenty for them to do. The house was also well stocked with the items we needed."

"This loft is beautiful and huge. When we booked it we were looking for 5 separate bedrooms as it was listed, but two of the rooms with beds were open living spaces. It turned out fine that they were, because each area slept quite a few people. Noah was responsive when we messaged him. The VRBO is stocked with so many little special things you might need, there are many handy things for cooking, and you will want their decorator to come to your house because it is decorated so amazingly. "We booked this stay for 5 nights while preparing for our son's wedding near Sioux Falls. It was perfect. It was so nice to have our own place rather than staying with friends. Very new, clean, and convenient."

"The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience."

"Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event."
