"This property was immaculately clean and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Perfect spot to enjoy Sioux Falls nightlife. "

"I stayed for two weeks in this cozy apartment and truly enjoyed myself. The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene. "It's a cute little room with just a bed and two chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. I like the brick wall and the decor. The bed was comfy, and it was in a great location - so many cool spots within walking distance."

"The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience."

"Our son was graduating and we needed enough space for us and family. What a beautiful space. Every detail was considered to make this home comfortable. We loved the location and the wonderful walks we took every morning. We also enjoyed the Saturday farmer’s market right down the street! Thank you for an amazing stay."

"Hallways were very dirty. Appeared to be a no smoking building, but many different things were being smoked in adjoining apartments which readily invaded our space. Furniture appeared clean, but smelled of urine. We suspected previous pets. There would be no complaints if it hadn’t smelled."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed in this space and it was just as perfect this time around as last time. Ann is so easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Any issues are always incidental and quickly resolved, such as cars in the wrong parking spots. Occasionally someone shuts a door with a little force too early in the morning, but any minor noise is far better than the alternative of a hotel. Clean, cozy, and perfect! "
