The space is an ENTIRE PRIVATE APARTMENT in our duplex. This 1 bed/1 bath apartment has been recently renovated with modern furniture, an exceptionably comfortable bed, remote workspace, fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy an evening on the town, a relaxing night on the patio by the fire after grilling out, or a cozy night in after a home cooked meal. Pet friendly! We are also equipped for extended stays as we have had guest stay with us for up to 6 months at a time!

The Bedroom:
- Equipped with an insanely comfortable queen bed, your choice of memory foam or down pillows, and as many blankets as you want/need!
- Dedicated work desk with ethernet connection for fast browsing, gaming, or video calls.
- Full size closet with full length mirrors.

Living Room:
- Midcentury modern furniture with pull out single bed.
- 55" Smart TV with local channels. Login to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, ESPN+, Spotify, and more to feel right at home!
- Large windows for all of the natural light you could ever want!

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked with a spice rack and every pot, pan, and utensil you may need! (If we don't have it, we will get it!)
- Coffee bar with Keurig, K-cups, green tea, Stevia, and creamer to get you going in the morning! Also have an electric kettle.
- Full dining table to enjoy a meal, a nice glass of wine, or a cold drink! Feel free to invite your friends and family to enjoy the space also!

Patio:
- Well shaded area to escape the summer heat and still feel comfortable!
- Enjoy a nice evening under the stylish string lights or next to a warm fire using the Solo Stove smokeless firepit.
- Prepare a delicious meal on the Charbroil Infrared Gas Grill and share it around the large patio table. Seating for up to 8!

Bathroom:
- Great lighting to get your look just right!
- Hair dryer, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and feminine hygiene products provided.
- Full size tub and shower with adjustable sprayer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and all bath towels & washcloths provided!

Common Area:
- Private, secured entrance into your apartment.
- Laundry room access with full size washer & dryer. Detergent and drying supplies provided!
- We love to meet our guests, but also honor the desire for privacy

Guests will be able to enter the main door of the property by using the coded lock key pad and head down into the lower unit where there is also a coded lock key pad.

There is an abundance of on-street parking right in front of the property where guests will park. If there is a snow alert, guests will be permitted to park in the guest parking area in the back of the property as the street is a snow-emergency route.

Uber and LYFT are available for travel from our area as well as a bus stop located on the corner across from our front door!

We would love to meet our guests if they would like to know who they are staying with. If guests would like to have their privacy we will completely respect that. We will be available by Phone/Text/VRBO messaging with any needs!
