"We needed an overnight stay in Sioux Falls for our family enroute to our vacation destination and this was a perfect one night stay. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and easy to get to from Interstate. The host was helpful with our check in. Our grandchildren were so content for the evening playing all the fun games in the basement. Only trouble was getting them to go to bed (ha-ha) so we could get up the next morning for our 6 hour drive. Thank you for a great stay:) ...

"This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)"

"This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest."
