"Amazing view of Seneca Rocks. Spent every morning on the deck and every evening too. House was well supplied with the usual linens and kitchen utensils, but also had jams, syrups, condiments, soaps, shampoo, and first aid kit. TV in all the bedrooms and the living room and basement. The fire pit and the path down to the creek were the cherry on top. I wish our trip was longer and absolutely cannot wait to stay again. "

"Incredibly charming home in the perfect location. Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street. Just a minute's walk to restaurants and a cafe, with an amazing ice cream shop down the steps. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! "

"Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many...
